ESKO COUNSELING & CONSULTING SERVICES, INC. can assist you with your divorce cases by providing the following services:

  • INDEPENDENT REHABILITATION EVALUATION - An in-depth evaluation with either the husband or the wife to determine his/her educational and vocational attainment along with potential present earning level with or without additional education or training. This evaluation includes: Educational/Vocational History; Behavioral/Social Information; Testing of Aptitude, Abilities and Personality; Transferable Skills; Educational/Training Options; Labor Market Survey; Wage Survey; Potential Earnings Assessment and Summary/Recommendations.

  • TESTING - At the time of the initial interview, a vocational/psychological profile of the individual is developed using tests of intelligence, achievement, aptitude, personality, interests and attitudes. These are administered to evaluate the individual's current functional level. These tests include: Myers-Briggs Type Inventory; Self Directed Search; Work Values Inventory; Employee Aptitude Survey Tests (one thru ten); Slosson Intelligence Test; Wide Range Achievement Test-Revised; Bennett Mechanical; RAVENS; Revised BETA II Examination; Wide Range Interest Opinion Test; and Gray Oral Reading Test.

  • TRANSFERABLE SKILLS ANALYSIS - Transferable skills are defined as skills that the individual retains, which are marketable in the labor market. Consideration is given to work history, education/training and volunteer work. Skills are evaluated and redefined to determine how they can be utilized in the current labor market.

  • TRAINING/EDUCATIONAL OPTIONS - Vocational/technical school, junior college, or college is appropriate for some individuals, but careful consideration is necessary in each particular case before deciding on such a formal training program. Additional training and/or education is recommended to increase and enhance the individual's occupational skills, which will increase his/her marketable skills and potential income level.

  • LABOR MARKET SURVEY - Accumulation of facts regarding current jobs appropriate for a specific individual within a designated geographical area. The benefits of a labor market survey are to assess viability of employment goals within specific geographic areas, and to assess the availability of appropriate jobs within specific distances.

  • SUMMARY/RECOMMENDATIONS - The consultant gathers all necessary information and formulates an opinion regarding wage potential. Recommendations are made as to how the individual can be marketable in the labor market. This opinion projects occupations that the individual may be successful in, which may or may not require further training or education.

  • EXPERT TESTIMONY - Expert witness testimony provided by licensed, board certified consultants. All testimony is substantiated by publications, typically relied upon and utilized by other experts in the field.
